  After having been to this location, I have one really good question.. do these dogs just live and sleep in those cages all the time? I noticed the structure of the building doesn't seem to have an kind of nice back room area where the puppies would sleep, there definitely doesn't seem to be anywhere that you would be taking the puppies and letting them have space to move. You had a Great Dane shoved into a kennel area that looks about the size of a large fish tank.. which comes off very cruel in my eyes. Most animal shelters that I have seen offer far greater living conditions for their animals, and I believe any animal lover would consider it inhumane to let animals live in such tight quarters without giving them frequent breaks throughout the day and letting them have the night to move around.. My main question for your company, is how are you accommodating the needs of these puppies to be able to move, walk around, and exercise? Half of the puppies had a runny nose and seem very distressed, especially the larger puppies, so if health and care is a concern for your company I would check into why. I am willing to remove or alter my rating, but only after I get an answer that puts my mind at ease for the conditions that these animals are living in.

  We have purchased two dogs here in the past and had great experiences and even referred friends. However this place has gone on a steep downhill. Went in with the intention of purchasing a goldendoodle that has been there for months. There was a thin young male staff that was extremely sassy and rude and was not willing to provide any sort of customer service. The dog was very hyper, no one was looking at anu other dogs, and there were two small dogs in the center play area. Because the goldendoodle was practically jumping out of the small area, I asked if they could put him in the center play area. He rudely responses that he couldn't do anything. Not to mention, multiple friends have gone here and had the same complaint about the he staff. We won't be going back and will make sure friends don't either.
